Martin Fletcher (b.1956) is Foreign Editor of The Times. Previously Washington Bureau Chief, Belfast correspondent and European correspendent based in Brussels, Fletcher took over the foreign pages of the paper three years ago. He is also the author of The Good Caff Guide, Almost Heaven: Travels Through the Backwoods of America (Shortlisted for the Thomas Cook Travel Awards) and Silver Linings.
