I notice you've created artocles acorss many wikis, presumably using machine translation. Can I please refer you [http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wikipedia:Translation#How_to_translate here], specifically towards the following sentance (not my emphasis): |

I realise your contibutions are in good faith and have problably gone to great effort, but please do not create articles in this way on the Welsh language Wikipedia.--[[User:Rhyswynne|Rhyswynne]] ([[User talk:Rhyswynne|talk]]) 15:25, 29 May 2012 (UTC) |

Indeed, the song was not written by Prince, however it was a single from 1996. Perhaps there should be 2 separate entries for the song. I believe Prince slightly changed the title for his version so why not create an article with the original title?
- Per WP:SONGS, articles are about SONGS, not SINGLES... therefore the two versions should be combined onto one page, which I have done. See any of the song articles within Wikipedia with a cover version, they are all within the same article. I've reverted a bunch of your wikilinks as well. - eo 16:18, 6 December 2006 (UTC)
Speedy deletion of Roberto Ribeiro
A tag has been placed on Roberto Ribeiro requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is notable: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, articles that do not indicate the subject's importance or significance may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. GtstrickyTalk or C 19:57, 12 September 2008 (UTC)
- Without more then one sentence it is impossible to determine how he meets WP:MUSIC. You are welcome to expand the article or place the {{hangon}} tag on the page. Cheers GtstrickyTalk or C 20:19, 12 September 2008 (UTC)
Your recent edits
Hi there. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. If you can't type the tilde character, you should click on the signature button located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your name and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when. Thank you! --SineBot (talk) 21:08, 12 September 2008 (UTC)
This is an automated message from CorenSearchBot. I have performed a search with the contents of The Valentines (rock band), and it appears to be very similar to another Wikipedia page: The Valentines. It is possible that you have accidentally duplicated contents, or made an error while creating the page— you might want to look at the pages and see if that is the case. If you are intentionally trying to rename an article, please see Help:Moving a page for instructions on how to do this without copying and pasting. If you are trying to move or copy content from one article to a different one, please see Wikipedia:Copying within Wikipedia and be sure you have acknowledged the duplication of material in an edit summary to preserve attribution history.
It is possible that the bot is confused and found similarity where none actually exists. If that is the case, you can remove the tag from the article. CorenSearchBot (talk) 14:28, 25 December 2010 (UTC)
