Function details: Hello, all. I present before you my first bot, running on Pywikipedia. It does a variety of jobs, including cleaning of sandbox, adding missing <references/> tags, welcoming of new users and tagging newly uploaded files without copyright information for deletion. It is written in Python and it is operated through Pywikipedia. I have tested it once and it is clear, without any bugs and it won't create any problem.
