The trilogy of Fallot is a congenital heart condition.
Presentation
It consists of the following:
The first two of these are also found in the tetralogy of Fallot. However, the tetralogy has a ventricular septal defect instead of an atrial one, and it also involves an overriding aorta.
Treatment
Thoracotomy has been used in the surgical correction.[1]
History
It is named for Etienne Fallot.[2]
