Read Music/Speak Spanish was the only record by the American emo band Desaparecidos, and was released in February 2002. This album is the 42nd release of Saddle Creek Records.

Trivia

  • Even though "The Happiest Place on Earth" was the only single released from the album, "Man and Wife, the Latter (Damaged Goods)" is seemingly the most popular song off the album, having the most popularity on iTunes and Amazon, as well as appearing in more compilation albums.
