Untitled

Sundark and Riverlight is the sixth studio album due to be released by English-Irish singer-songwriter Patrick Wolf on 25 September 2012. The double album will mark ten years since Wolf's debut studio album, Lycanthropy and will contain re-recorded, acoustic versions of chosen songs from the previous ten years, along with previously unheard tracks.[1].

Confirmed tracks to date are Hard Times and Vulture (both originally from The Bachelor, 2009), the new version of the Hard Times being co-written by Buffy Sainte-Marie. The acoustic version of Vulture is the original version, before it was rerecorded with Alec Empire for the album.

Album artwork

The album artwork was shot at Hilles House in Gloucester, a country mansion looking over the River Severn, the former home of baroque composer John Blow and fashion Isabella Blow. The house is known for inspiring the renowned, late fashion designer Alexander McQueen[2].
