Ganga Das (Template:Lang-hi) (1823–1913) was a revered saint of udasi sect and known for piety and Hindi poetry. He was born on the day of Basant Panchami in year 1823 in village Rasulpur Bahlolpur of Ghaziabad district in the family of Hindu Jat of Munder Gotra.[1]
Childhood
His childhood name was Gangabaksh but became Gangadas after consecration in udasi sect under Baba Vishnudas Udasin at Sedepur district Bulandshahr at the age of 12.[2]
Death
He died on bhadrapada krishnashtami (Janmashtmi) in year 1913.
