This vav has five stories and three gates to entre it. Upon entry, we get one mandap with eight-side dome that is broken now. On both sides of steps are balconies with beautiful carvings. Rows of carved elephants mark the levels and provide the fantasy of rest. |

Adalaj (Template:Lang-gu) is a census town in Gandhinagar district in the Indian state of Gujarat.
Geography
Adalaj is located at 23°10′N 72°35′E / 23.17°N 72.58°E.[1] It has an average elevation of 68 metres (223 feet).
Demographics
As of 2001[update] India census,[2] Adalaj had a population of 9774. Males constitute 51% of the population and females 49%. Adalaj has an average literacy rate of 61%, higher than the national average of 59.5%; with 59% of the males and 41% of females literate. 15% of the population is under 6 years of age.

Trimandir Adalaj is located in the outskirts of Ahmedabad.It is two-storied monument built to memorialise the Pranpratistha of Gnani Purush Dada Bhagwan [3]
