Hi. You blocked [[User:94.72.252.104]] for three years as a proxy. They've submitted a UTRS ticket #3425 as say they are part of Derbyshire County Council. I've asked for a proxy check on [[WP:OPP]] and it doesn't appear to be an open proxy. Can I ask why you blocked it as a proxy? I'm surprised you deleted this. Certainly wasn't vandalism as your post seemed to suggest! It's an idiom, and in the UK, strongly associated with the Prince of Wales and his comments on architecture, and now widely used to refer to architecture of a certain type. In any case, did I create this article? What was it like? Can't see it any more. I did add something to the Carbuncle page.
