It may well not be a proxy (although Tile join typically uses those), but I am reluctant to unblock because of the use of the IP by a longterm vandal. I'm surprised you deleted this. Certainly wasn't vandalism as your post seemed to suggest! It's an idiom, and in the UK, strongly associated with the Prince of Wales and his comments on architecture, and now widely used to refer to architecture of a certain type. In any case, did I create this article? What was it like? Can't see it any more. I did add something to the Carbuncle page.
