David "Kawika" Crowley, born in Japan in 1952, is the Hawaii Republican Nominee for the 2012 race for the United States House of Representatives, 2nd congressional district.

Early years

Crowley was born in the Japan.[1] When he was in 8th grade, he moved to Hilo, Hawaii. Crowley spent his teenage years and much of his young adulthood in Hilo.
