Why do you want to start a new group, instead of joining one of these existing groups?

The subjects of these groups are far too general to cover the entire (and in this case, quite extensive) work of one specific musician. There are well over one hundred articles that pertain to Frank Zappa, and not all of of them fit under the umbrella of any particular Wikiproject.
