Personal life
McBride was born in Statesboro, Georgia, and raised in Fredericksburg, Virginia, where he attended Courtland High School.[5][6] McBride married Gia Ruiz on October 15, 2010, at the Colony Palms Hotel in Palm Springs. Their son Declan was born in 2011 in Los Angeles.[6][7] McBride is of Irish descent on his father's side and Jewish on his mother's.[6][7] His father's family is from County Tyrone.[1] McBride attended the University of the School of the Arts in Winston-Salem, NC.[8]
