The Choa Chu Kang Bus Interchange is an bus interchange which mainly serves the residential neighbourhood of Choa Chu Kang. Located at Choa Chu Kang Loop and connected to the Choa Chu Kang and the Lot One Shoppers' Mall, the interchange is operated under SMRT Buses. The bus interchange opened in 1990, making it one of the oldest surviving bus interchanges in Singapore to remain intact from remodification while still in service.

The bus interchange currently only has 12 services; 11 of which are SMRT Buses, the other a special free shuttle to Qian Hu Fish Farm. Typically passenger traffic is often very high in morning and evening peak hours.

The interchange is currently an open-air structure. The government has announced plans to redevelop the interchange and its surroundings. The interchange will hence be the seventh interchange to undergo air-condition upgrading works, after Toa Payoh, Sengkang, Serangoon, Ang Mo Kio, Clementi and Boon Lay all of which are currently in operation, Bedok and Jurong East still under construction and Tampines has been realigment for an air-condition. Yishun, Joo Koon and Bukit Panjang which were proposed for redvelopment before this bus interchange. It is expected that bus operations from the bus interchange will shift to the other side of Choa Chu Kang, at the junction of Choa Chu Kang Loop and Choa Chu Kang Drive, either temporarily while the original site is redeveloped or permanent as part of a commercial development, most likely an extension of Lot One Shoppers' Mall, resembling Boon Lay and Jurong Point Shopping Mall.

In order to complement its public transport services, SMRT Buses developed the Choa Chu Kang Town Map & Services Guide, which is a made available free to its commuters. The guide provides route details of all bus services that originate from Choa Chu Kang Interchange, as well as MRT and LRT services, so that it is more convenient for commuters to plan their journeys using the public transport network. Significant landmarks, places of interest as well as major needs served by the buses are all included, and a destination finder is placed alongside the map to further simplify journey planning for the commuters.
