The daughter of musical actor Lee Seung Chul, she is best known for her roles as Jung Han Kyung in the 2004 movie Temptation of the Wolves and as Yang Eun Bi in the 2011 tvN cable drama Flower Boy Ramyun Shop.
Career
Lee started her career by playing supporting roles in the movies Resurrection of the Little Match Girl (2002) which was directed by Jang Sun-Woo and Happy Erotic Christmas (2003). It was only in 2004 when she landed on the lead and her most memorable role in the movie Temptation of Wolves (2004). She played the role of Jung Han-kyung, a small town girl who became the apple of the eye of the two most popular boys in town played by Jo Han-sun as Ban Hae Won and Kang Dong-won who played as Jung Tae Sung. The two actors later became breakout stars except Lee.
Later in 2005, she was cast as lead in the drama Summer Beach . It was followed by other dramas where she played supporting roles such as I Am Going Too (2006),Chosun Police (2008),The Accidental Couple (2009), and Everybody Cha Cha Cha (2009). She also started in Kim Jee-woon's kimichi western film The Good, the Bad, and the Weird in supporting role (2008) for playing Jung Woo-sung's character's foster sister.
In 2010, she starred in the weekend family drama, Pure Pumpkin Flower. She played as Soon Jung, a pure-hearted girl, who never loses hope even in difficult circumstances.
In 2011 she started tvN series Flower Boy Ramen Shop (2011) with Jung Il-woo and Lee Ki-woo which made her a star. The story was about Yang Eun Bi, a college student preparing for her civil service exam with the dream of being a high school teacher. She accidentally encounters Cha Chi Soo, the arrogant son of the biggest food conglomerate in Korea. Both of them end up working at a ramyun shop run by the lazy Choi Kang Hyuk.
