Course information: Professor, Teaching Assistant (TA) & Ambassador
Course descriptionBIOL / ENTM 4015, Conservation Biology at Louisiana State University [LSU], is designed to give students an in-depth and timely understanding of topics relevant to Conservation Biology. Most relevant details for the course are found on the course web page.[1] Our course is informally linked with another course on LSU's campus (Landscape Architecture [LA] 4001, Advanced Topics in Design, taught by Dr. Bruce Sharky). Students enrolled in BIOL / ENTM 4015 will make contributions to Wikipedia (either by creating articles or adding content to existing articles) - contributions that are relevant to current "Hot Topics" in Conservation Biology. Students enrolled in LA 4001 serve as student "consultants" and add graphics that help portray, illustrate, or otherwise enhance the content of the "Hot Topic" written contributions by the student "clients" in BIOL / ENTM 4015.
