The Ivesheadiomorphs or pizza disks are a group of Ediacaran fossils that represent the remains of such taxa as Charnia and Charniodiscus, effaced by partial decay by micro-organisms.[1]
Physically, they resemble a 6 to 8 inch disc covered with large lumps, with what appears to be a trailing tail. One of the first large multicelular organisms on earth.
