Nikolay Nosov (23 November 1908 Kiev - 26 July 1976 Moscow) was an Ukrainian-Russian children's writer, anarchist-communist, the author of a number of humorous short stories about children, a school novel, and a popular trilogy of fairy tale novels Neznaika.
