The Superleague is the top tier men's basketball league in Ireland. 10 clubs compete in 2 conferences, North & South with 5 teams in each conference. The competition is currently sponsored by Nivea for men, having previously been sponsored by ESB. The current champions are UCC Demons who beat Dart Killester in the 2009 final in the National Basketball Arena in Tallaght, Dublin. Neptune have won the competition 11 times.
