-In Kingdom Hearts, the Ansem Reports are papers written by Xenahort's Heartless, who was pretending to be Ansem The Wise. Only the first Ansem Report was written by the true Ansem. In Kingdom Hearts II they had a similar effect, except they were called the Secret Ansem Reports, and were written by the true Ansem.
