Summary

Single cover for the "Never Gonna Give You Up" 7-inch Single by Rick Astley, scanned by me (User:Diego Grez), uploaded through the Fair Use because :

it is a low resolution copy of a 7-inch single cover;
it does not limit the copyright owner's rights to sell the 7-inch single in any way;
copies could not be used to make illegal copies of the 7-inch single artwork.
