Citations

Okay, you don't need a citation for every single fact on every line. A single citation for the history works and that's there already. MultK (talk) 22:55, 28 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

If I may comment on the citations - the information is almost all from a single source: the website of the company itself. Hardly a trustworthy source for discussions of the 'extreme quality control' and the 'rich long heritage', is it? I believe this article merits some tag designating the information as untrustworthy. 213.148.230.71 (talk) 17:25, 2 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]

It's not much, but I acquired a San Francisco city directory including the ad referenced, which suggests a correction to the assertation that Ghirardelli's liquor sales ended in 1864. It's at least one additional source on the company, even if a poor one. As the information is wholly contained in an approx. 5 inch square, I uploaded a scan. Blind taste testing

I would like to see any blind taste testing results for this and other chocolatiers. It would be interesting to see how Ghirardelli stacks up against Lindt, Godiva, etc.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 06:04, 10 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
