G-Unit Records Philly is a record label that is a subsidiary of 50 Cent's G-Unit Records. G-Unit artist, Tony Yayo was granted the position of CEO and President of the label. Many of the label's artists are based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

Based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, G-Unit Philly would be run by G-Unit artist Tony Yayo.[1] In that same year, Yayo would introduce up-and-coming Philadelphia rapper Mike Knox, who would ultimately become the labels first signee, to 50 Cent .[2][3] The year 2009 also saw the signing of Philadelphia artists Tone Trump, Ive Vegas[4] and Cotic,[5] respectively.
