That was one of my major cues for vandalism. When someone deleted a bunch of interwiki links, it was a strong indicator of vandalism. Every time I see your removal, my hand twitches toward the vandalism button on Huggle. Thanks for all of your work! :I totally get and understand that. What annoys me is not only are people not reading edit summarys, but I'm being asked to explain my changes in an edit summary. Agh! I really love filling out the info on Wikidata and figuring out how that works. I can already tell Wikidata is going to be a great project. Anyway, Thanks! Hello, I'm Subash.chandran007. I wanted to let you know that I undid one of your recent contributions, such as the one you made to Magic: The Gathering, because it didn’t appear constructive to me. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thanks, -SubashChandran007 ׀ sign! 02:06, 16 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for completely redoing Help:Interlanguage links! Sorry for the confusion about interwiki links, by the way. Side note: would you like to create an account? The Anonymouse (talk | contribs) 17:39, 16 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks. I understand the Wikidata project is new and the confusion surrounding it. No need for an account I won't be staying too long. I just don't feel I have much to contribute. Help:Interlanguage links is an exception. 86.44.163.139 (talk) 17:45, 16 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Are you running as a 'bot or some sort of automated process? Those really shouldn't run as anon-IP's and do need to go through an approval process. K7L (talk) 19:13, 17 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

No, I'm not. 86.44.163.139 (talk) 19:15, 17 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Don't get me wrong, I mean, it does seem you're in the right here, but why are you doing this though? I mean, even if it's not necessary to have on there, seems like a strange use of your time considering it being there is not hurting anything, and you said yourself you have no interest in joining Wikipedia or editing beyond this. Seems like a boring job, w/o much purpose, for a website you don't seem that engaged in... Sergecross73 msg me 19:23, 17 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

I enjoy playing with the new toy of Wikidata. I'm not just removing links from Wikipedia articles, I'm also updating info on Wikidata and reporting bugs I find there as I go. Also, having the links does hurt, they override information from Wikidata! It also helps to advertise Wikidata to people, as a lot of people here don't seem to know about the project yet. 86.44.163.139 (talk) 19:29, 17 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Fair enough. Have fun and good luck. Sergecross73 msg me 19:37, 17 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]

A barnstar for you!

The Minor barnstar
We really need a special barnstar for outstanding IP editors, but this should suffice for now. ("Minor", of course, refers to the content impact of the individual edits, not the helpfulness of your work.) Thanks for your work in the transition to Wikidata, and thank you especially for always remembering to link to WP:WDATA in your edit summaries! Remind me to use you as an example the next time someone says IPs shouldn't be allowed to edit. There's often an idea here that anyone who wants to edit seriously should do it from an account; I reject that notion. However, judging from your dilligent work on Wikidata, if you were to create an account, I imagine you could get yourself sysopped within a month or two. — PinkAmpers&(Je vous invite à me parler) 22:37, 17 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
Thanks very much! I'm not interested in system op status (I've had it before on a smaller Wikimedia wiki). Just doing what I can to advertize and bug test Wikidata. :) And thanks for approving my edit to Star Trek. 86.44.163.139 (talk) 22:43, 17 February 2013 (UTC)[reply]
