The leader was Kenneth "Supreme" McGriff and his nephew, Gerald Miller, nicknamed "Prince". In 1989, thanks to the work of a high-ranking informant, the Team was disbanded, and McGriff spent 10 years in a federal prison for a narcotics conviction.[2] The Supreme Team was depicted in the movie New Jack City with Nino Brown as Supreme, and Supreme was also depicted in 50 Cent's movie Get Rich or Die Tryin.
