Can someone list the references for the confirmed tracks? SinLoodak (talk) 18:10, 20 August 2012 (UTC)
Title
What was 18 Months ago?^^ -- $pongeP@ppy (talk) 19:23, 22 August 2012 (UTC)
Requested move
- The following discussion is an archived discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.
The result of the move request was: page moved. As it happened, this was not an entirely uncontroversial move. Bob Mono is reminded that he is barred from making undiscussed moves and must take all proposed moves through the Requested moves process. Malcolmxl5 (talk) 00:59, 9 September 2012 (UTC)
18 Months (album) → 18 Months – I moved the page to this title, but someone reverted it just because of the stupid rule on my talk page. I did the right thing, and I am angry because of this user!!! Please revert that move. Thank you! Bob Mono (talk) 16:09, 31 August 2012 (UTC)
- Oppose. 18 Months is very general title and I guess there is something called 18 Months (book, song, even album) that has no article on Wikipedia. I think that (album) is needed. — Tomica (talk) 17:33, 31 August 2012 (UTC)
- Support See WP:PRECISE. A "guess" that there's "something" else with the same name is a poor reason for adding unnecessary disambiguation. Unless and until another notable topic with the same name is created, this move is entirely appropriate. --BDD (talk) 17:55, 31 August 2012 (UTC)
- Support only article with this name. Unreal7 (talk) 23:27, 31 August 2012 (UTC)
- Support, at the moment this is the only article of this name. The target article 18 Months redirects to Calvin Harris anyway. So it makes sense. — Lil_℧niquℇ №1 [talk] 22:55, 1 September 2012 (UTC)
- Oppose. "18 months" is such a commonly used time reference that it does not fit the title of any article not about the time period. 18 months should be converted to a disambiguation page. --SmokeyJoe (talk) 12:05, 2 September 2012 (UTC)
- It would become a disambiguation page for what exactly? — Lil_℧niquℇ №1 [talk] 14:42, 2 September 2012 (UTC)
- Yes, what else would you put on that page? 18? Month? Come on. --BDD (talk) 15:46, 2 September 2012 (UTC)
- You can't oppose something being without brackets if there's nothing else with the same name. Unreal7 (talk) 10:31, 4 September 2012 (UTC)
- Support - no other notable subject is titled "18 months". If there is a title loosely related, {{about}}. —WP:PENGUIN · [ TALK ] 13:44, 4 September 2012 (UTC)
- The above discussion is preserved as an archive of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on this talk page or in a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.
Deleted
And why was it deleted this time? -.- -- $pongeP@ppy (talk) 22:10, 1 September 2012 (UTC)
- It was not deleted. It was redirected to Calvin Harris. Per WP:NMUSIC it says An album requires its own notability, and that notability is not inherited and requires independent evidence. That an album is an officially released recording by a notable musician or ensemble is not by itself reason for a standalone article. Conversely, an album does not need to be by a notable artist to require a standalone article if it meets the General notability guideline. Album articles with little more than a track listing may be more appropriately merged into the artist's main article or discography article, space permitting.. This album has nothing but a date and title. all the singles (bar maybe one) have their own page. Therefore the album does not yet qualify for a seperate page. — Lil_℧niquℇ №1 [talk] 22:57, 1 September 2012 (UTC)
- What do you mean with "nothing but a date and title"? It had over more than 10 confirmed tracks. -- $pongeP@ppy (talk) 23:01, 1 September 2012 (UTC)
- The "confirmed" ten songs are not confirmed. The only one's 100% confirmed are the five singles. A whole page is not required to say that there are five confirmed songs on the album. Equally even if there is ten confirmed tracks that still doesn't make an album notable. Can you not see where the guidelines say lbum articles with little more than a track listing may be more appropriately merged into the artist's main article or discography article? — Lil_℧niquℇ №1 [talk] 23:26, 1 September 2012 (UTC)

- Well, if 18 Months gets deleted, then why don't you delete this rubbish?... -.- -- $pongeP@ppy (talk) 14:36, 2 September 2012 (UTC)
- Take Me Home has lots of verified and useful information, including an album cover. 18 Months doesn't even have a track listing. We just know the names of five songs and then that there's a song featuring Rihanna. Just because your not a fan of One Direction doesn't mean you should be offensive towards them. — Lil_℧niquℇ №1 [talk] 14:41, 2 September 2012 (UTC)

- They've ruined everybody's life in my school... -.- There's still no point in deleting an article which is gonna be released next month, has 6 confirmed songs, and even the featured guest artists. -- $pongeP@ppy (talk) 14:44, 2 September 2012 (UTC)
- LOL at the shade for OneDirection. Its called redirecting not deleting. The page could be recreated once the album is complete. — Lil_℧niquℇ №1 [talk] 16:02, 2 September 2012 (UTC)

release date
Having some clarification issues with this page, as the release date in the blurb of the article states it will be released by "Fly Eye Records on the 29th of October 2012" whilst the quick info panel states it will be released on the 26th of October. Which one is right, because this looks really unprofessional. Styk0n (talk) 11:44, 25 October 2012 (UTC)
