Volver is a 2006 Spanish language film by director Pedro Almodóvar. It is one of the films competing for the Palme d'Or at the 2006 Cannes Film Festival.
Synopsis & Plot Details
Template:Spoiler After her death, a mother (Carmen Maura) returns to her hometown in order to fix the situations she could not resolve during her life. Of her family left in the town, her ghost slowly becomes a comfort to her daughters (Penélope Cruz and Lola Dueñas), as well as her grandchild (Cobo).
