Fast + Epp is a Canadian structural engineering firm with headquarters in Vancouver, British Columbia. It was founded in 1985[1] by Paul Fast and soon after joined by partner Gerald Epp. It has been involved in several projects like that of the Richmond Olympic Oval, and the Arena Stage.[2][3] It has one office in Vancouver; one in Edmonton, Alberta; and one in Frankfurt, Germany.[4][5][6] Recently, it received several awards for the designing of VanDusen Botanical Gardens visitor center roof. The awards received were from the following: the Institution of Structural Engineers, the Association of Canadian Engineering Companies, and the National Council of Structural Engineers Associations.[7]
