The rainwater killifish, (Lucania parva) is a species of fish in the Fundulidae family.[1] Its range is from Massachusetts in the north to Yucatán in the south.

General

Rainwater killifish is an amphidromous fish. It can be found in freshwater, brackish, and marine habitats. It usually prefers quiet, vegetated waters, away from the surface area. Maximum length is approximately 7 cm, but it usually grows to about 5 cm.
