Zamil Industrial is an closed Saudi Joint Stock Company based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia. Its parent company Zamil Group Holding owns almost 60% of Zamil Industrial[1] stocks, while the remaining share is owned by other Saudi Arabian and Gulf Investors. It is listed in Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul)[2] TASI[citation needed] (Tadawul All Share Index)[3].


History

Zamil Industrial also known as Zamil Industrial Investment Co.[4] formed in 1998 by merging flagship companies which was previously fully owned by its parent company Zamil Group Holding. By mergers and acquisitions Zamil Industrial grown and expanded to many countries.
