Kenny Bania is a fictional character on the situation comedy Seinfeld played by Steve Hytner.
Bania is portrayed as a bad comedian who usually ends up riding Jerry Seinfeld's coattails. His most notable traits are a relentlessly cheery demeanor and a fondness for soup. He has appeared in roughly six episodes throughout the series ("The Soup", "The Secretary", "The Soup Nazi", "The Fatigues", "The Butter Shave"," The Finale"). His famous quote is "That's gold Jerry! GOLD!"
