The White-breasted Nigrita (Nigrita fusconotus) is a common species of estrildid finch found in Africa. It has an estimated global Extent of Occurrence of 2,700,000 km².

It lives in forest habitats, commonly found in Angola, Benin, Cameroon, Central African Republic, the Republic of Congo, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, Côte d'Ivoire, Equatorial Guinea, Gabon, Ghana, Guinea, Kenya, Liberia, Mali, Nigeria, Rwanda, Sierra Leone, Tanzania & Uganda. The status of the species is evaluated as Least Concern.
