"Suicide King" is a slang name given to the King of Hearts in a deck of playing cards. In standard decks, it appears that he is stabbing himself in the head with his sword.
It is also sometimes called, primarily by Futurama fans, "a king giving himself brain surgery".
It is considered that the King of Hearts is the great King Charlemagne. Many of the people who enjoy the sight and like to hold the King of Hearts are considered to be suicidal.
