Coverciano, also known as Casa Italia, located in the quartiere of Florence with the same name, is the central training ground and technical headquarters of the FIGC, the Italian Football Association.[1]
The complex covers technical and training events associated with various Italian national football teams (including youth, military and women's).[2] The Hotel Coverciano is located within the site, and this can accommodate over 100 people; the venue is thus often used by foreign touring teams and by Italian clubs at the higher levels who are based in the Florence area.[3]
