*[[Walter Iwachiw ]], businessman, Parochial grammar, HS and CUNY academic ( 500 plus Undergraduate Graduate Credits), FYL Concorde School of Law, IT programming computer system and security degrees, RN SPNP SFNP SANP SDNS SDNP, WTC First Responder, common law wife RN deceased first responder to WTC Attack from Brooklyn Hospital and step sister in common law to Diane Urban deceased of NYS Dept of Taxation, Exposed bid rigging in BOCES and NYC Board of Education under Bill Thompson to Oliver Koppel, who was also a neighbor of Meizner business machines and in return retaliated against by NYC, Built largest dialup internet service in 1994 from NYC and Bohemia, the Bohemia phone Facility Extorted from Walter Iwachiw by group including representatives of Suffolk Nassau BOCES, Villagenet, Verizon, AT&T and the landlord grou. Invented direct internet by fiber to residence before FIOS, businesses offered Highest bid price by 10 percent for the 2001 WTC 99 year lease over the Silverstein Properties Lease offer. Inventor of Iphone configuration as internet kiosk to hand held unit in 2005, the current MTA kiosks are violating intellectual property of WNIS Companies, MTA Cellular WIFI initial award redirected illegally by fraud to Transit Wireless LLC, a non bidder with use of stolen intellectual property of the WNIS companies, the 496 million WTC URIR Grant awarded to World Network International Services Inc. was stolen by NYS actors when NYS EDC and LMDC refused to provide the advance payments for the 496 million WTC URIR award, which were earmarked for Fiber to every apartment below Canal St, as a result FEMA in 2012/13 needed to pay for extra years of rental assistance to all buildings below Canal St during Hurricane Sandy recovery, because they were serviced by copper alone and the copper was destroyed by the salt water. In 2010 Walter Iwachiw acted to aid the 2010 Haitian Earthquake victims by attempting to purchase St Johns Hospital, Mary Immaculate in QUEENS and St Vincent Hospital in the Village from bankruptcy for the treatment of the injured and to preserve the medical facilities for the expanding future population, but was opposed by Councilwoman Quinn, and the Queens Boro President, then retaliated against for my efforts by CUNY grade fraud and extortion of the NP licenses at Lehman, Telemedicine Degree at Baruch and tuition at LagCC. The Weiner Inlaws built most of the LI Hospitals with the association of doctors and nurse practitioners. MTA West Side Yards bid and MTA commuter rail wifi bids diverted by fraud illegally. Sunnyside Yards redevelopment with transferred development rights for building two stadiums and multiple towers with the upper floors used for manufacturing WNIS computers, tablets and communication handsets for NYC Schools, Universities and Governmental needs locally. Preserving existing open space and installing 10 gigabit internet backbone infrastructure for all of NYC, delivered within 4 years, driving down cable bills and increasing speed uploads and downloads at least locally in NYC. Doubling the population of NYC within 10 years and building residential units to house the entire population. Take operational control of the MTA subway and commuter rail and place it under mayoral control to reduce cost to residents and businesses for the use of public transportation and bridges used by residents and businesses. Frankly the MTA Subways sanitation, peeling paint, aromas, particulates are disgusting and directly a result of prior MTA malfeasance and ineptitude and reflects on those who ran and run the MTA. The Subways and Buses are the life blood of the City and a driver for business growth and should be cheaper and World class experience. Expand intelligent pistol carry permits to lawful citizens within NYC as a supplement to the police department force, along the lines of the Auxiliary Police force reachable by advanced communications during events. The police can't be their when the attacks happen and we have the rights to defend ourselves, rights which would have prevented the multiple injuries I have sustained at the hands of middle weights boxers, candidates for office, hit and runs in Sunnyside Queens. As a response to Hurricane Sandy I propose the Corp of Engineers design a flood gate system at the Verrazano Narrows and the Greenport/Orient Point of the North Shore, akin to the Venice Flooding control Gates. The Greenpoint/Orient Point gates could incorporate a cross L I Sound roadway and tidal power generation. To make the plan work I would enter into discussions to merge Nassau, Suffolk and Westchester into NYC for the common good. The WNIS companies have 3.9 Billion in Economic Loss related to Hurricane Sandy and the two prior disaster declarations, these claims are sequentially denied to the WNIS Companies and under appeal. My information suggests that it is the rule rather than the exception, people in need are refused assistance. Actively, designing EHR database structures to include 3 sets of genome sequencing, the new diagnostic tools, the new medical reality, 150 year life spans. Entering the Space based businesses from the NYC area. RESPECTFULLY REQUESTING YOUR SUPPORT AND VOTES regardless of your registration. Iwachiw4Mayor.net |
