We require this information to verify that the image is legally usable on Wikipedia, and because most image licenses require giving credit to the image's creator.

See report here about the copyright infringement at Netherlands_Red_Cross. Only 8 matching phrases and am wondering what can I replace figures with? Can 610,000 be put to be something else?
