Pointe-Fortune is a village municipality in southwestern Quebec on the Ottawa River (Rivière des Outaouais) in Vaudreuil-Soulanges Regional County Municipality, northwest of Montreal. The population as of the Canada 2011 Census was 542.

Attractions

Macdonell-Williamson House,[7] which owes its existence to the fur trade and the legendary Voyageurs, is located at the historical boundary marker (which still stands to this day) which marks the division between Upper and Lower Canada..

Pointe Fortune celebrated its 100th anniversary in 2004.
