Museums at Night[1] is an annual weekend of late openings, sleepovers and special events taking place in museums, galleries, libraries, archive and heritage sites all over the UK. It is affiliated with the Night of Museums programme across Europe.[2] It takes place on the weekend before International Museum Day, May 18,[3] and in 2013 will run from Thursday 16th - Saturday 18 May.
Museums at Night is core funded by Arts Council England and administered by Culture24.[4]
