Roger Altman is former United States Deputy Treasury Secretary; he served in that office during the presidency of Bill Clinton. He resigned in disgrace after the Democrat controlled congress of 1994 gave him no quarter over a record keeping scandal.
He was an advisor to John Kerry during Kerry's 2004 presidential campaign. He is a graduate of Georgetown University and the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
