Fried bake is a Caribbean dish popular on many islands including Trinidad,Grenada, Saint Lucia, Dominica, Antigua and even Jamaica however on Jamaica the food item is typically called Fried dumpling. The main ingredient in fried bake is flour. It can be served in a multitude of ways. This dish is usually served with salt fish and steamed vegetables.[1][2][3]
