Welcome!
Interested in becoming a regular contributor to Wikipedia? Create an account! Your , so you might receive messages on this page that were not intended for you.To have your own user pages, keep track of articles you've edited in a watchlist, and have access to a few other special features, please consider registering an account! It's fast and free. (Note: Sometimes, due to vandalism, you may be temporarily unable to register). Applying an indefinite block to this IP is not appropriate, unless it is a soft block, because the IP address will later be reallocated to a different, unrelated, and unsuspecting user, thereby impairing access to Wikipedia in an inappropriate fashion. Caution should be used when blocking this IP or reverting its contributions without checking. The best approach is to determine the CIDR IP numerical address range and make a higher-level decision to soft-block the entire range. http://www.arin.net/ (for approximately North America) and related sites can help to identify that range. Caution is advised when applying a range block as other Wikipedians, both registered and otherwise, may be affected.
Review contributions carefully if blocking this IP address or reverting its contributions. If a block is needed, administrators should consider a soft block using Template:Anonblock. Network administrators, to monitor this IP address for vandalism, can subscribe to a web feed of this page in either RSS or Atom format. |

Unblock request

Request reason:
I am not Basket of Pupies. I am an anonymous editor and do not have an account. Please unblock me as I am not Basket.
Decline reason:
I have reviewed this ip's contribution history. It has only made five edits to the encyclopedia, two of which were useful, and two of which appear to be vandalism. All the other edits are to Wikipedia administrative pages, many of them wildly inappropriate and far from useful. I don't see evidence that unblocking this ip would be likely to lead to significant improvements in the encyclopedia. FisherQueen (talk · contribs) 11:54, 10 December 2012 (UTC)
If you want to make any further unblock requests, please read the guide to appealing blocks first, then use the unblock template again. If you make too many unconvincing or disruptive unblock requests, you may be prevented from editing this page until your block has expired. Do not remove this unblock review while you are blocked.

I am here to edit Gangnam Style. Why do you block me? 24.61.9.111 (talk) 16:28, 10 December 2012 (UTC)
Decline reason:
This is not a valid unblock request, and I agree with Fram - this IP certainly isn't being used in a constructive manner. Jezebel'sPonyobons mots 16:56, 10 December 2012 (UTC)

Your recent edits
Hello. In case you didn't know, when you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion, you should sign your posts by typing four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment. You could also click on the signature button or located above the edit window. This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is useful because other editors will be able to tell who said what, and when they said it. Thank you. --SineBot (talk) 18:41, 24 December 2012 (UTC)
Friendly Advice
Hello there, I wandered in from your ANI thread and would like to offer the following advice: You are playing very hot poker right now. On the one hand your extreme familiarity with certain parts of the WP (Rules/Guidelines/Best Practices) suggests that you have a significant proficency with Wiki-speak to the point that a reasonable request for you to disclose any previous accounts you may have edited under. Your repeated haranging on very minute points of WikiLaw is to the point that you are causing more disruption by calling for administrators to be stripped of their advanced permissions on technical violations. I say this with all respect, but it is in your interest to not cause any further disruption as you now have 2 threads where a segment of the community has told you to sit down and be quiet. I suggest you take the advice. Hasteur (talk) 19:59, 20 May 2013 (UTC)
- The "community" is not represented by those who hang out at WP:ANI. 24.61.9.111 (talk) 20:52, 20 May 2013 (UTC)

Request reason:
I have not now nor have I ever had a Wikipedia account. I am not evading any block as I have never previous been blocked. This block is improper, arbitrary, punitive, and capricious. 24.61.9.111 (talk) 23:48, 20 May 2013 (UTC)
Decline reason:
As others have mentioned above, I do not believe you are here to build an encyclopedia. SQLQuery me! 15:40, 21 May 2013 (UTC)

Blocked
You have been blocked from editing Wikipedia for a period of 1 year as a result of your disruptive edits. You are free to make constructive edits after the block has expired, but please note that vandalism (including page blanking or addition of random text), spam, deliberate misinformation, privacy violations, personal attacks; and repeated, blatant violations of our policies concerning neutral point of view and biographies of living persons will not be tolerated. Notes:
- In some cases, you may not in fact be blocked, or your block has already expired. Please check the list of active blocks. If no block is listed, then you have been autoblocked by the automated anti-vandalism systems. Please remove this request and follow these instructions instead for quick attention by an administrator.
- Please read our guide to appealing blocks to make sure that your unblock request will help your case. You may change your request at any time.
If you ask the blocking administrator to comment on this request, replace this template with the following, replacing "blocking administrator" with the name of the blocking admin:

If you decline the unblock request, replace this template with the following code, substituting
with a specific rationale. Leaving the decline reason unchanged will result in display of a default reason, explaining why the request was declined.

If you accept the unblock request, replace this template with the following, substituting Accept reason here
with your rationale:
