Hopewell Avenue Public School is a public school in Ottawa, Ontario. It teaches grades jk-8. With a student population of about 950, it is the largest elementary school in the Ottawa Carleton District School Board. It was constructed in 1910. In 1970s the old building was expanded with a new section of approximately the same size.
In 2010 Hopewell had a big 100 year party for their school.
Hopewell is a 4 story school with 2 gymnasiums. It provides education in English, Middle French Immersion, as well as extra classes in other heritage languages on Saturdays.
