Jagdish Chand Anand better known as J.C. Anad[1] (1922 - 1977)[1] was a film producer and distributor from Pakistan.[1] One of the largest distributors within the country, he founded Eveready Pictures in Karachi.
Background
Anand was born in 1922 in Bhera,[1] Sargodha District, British India. His father was a businessman.[2] His family opted to stay back in Pakistan at the time of Partition in 1947.[2]
Career
Soon after independence, Anand founded Eveready Pictures to produce and distribute films.
