aTelecine is an American industrial band. The current members are Sasha Grey, Pablo St. Francis, and Anthony D'Juan. Their debut album The Falcon and the Pod was released on August 9, 2011. They released their first EP aVigillant Carpark in 2009 in 7 inch vinyl only. aTelecine's first live concert took place in Kraków during Unsound Festival on October 20, 2012.[1]

Formation

aTelecine began as an industrial music collaboration between Sasha Grey and Pablo St. Francis in 2008.[2] They have since added members Anthony D'Juan and Ian C.[3] Their first EP, aVigillant Carpark, was released in 2009 by New York label Pendu Sound in 7 inch vinyl only.[3] In 2010, aTelecine released their first LP, ...And Six Dark Hours Pass, and in November of the same year followed it up with the LP A Cassette Tape Culture (Phase One).[4] In August 9, 2011, aTelecine's first full length album, The Falcon and the Pod, was released; this album is the first of a planned trilogy.[5][6]
