Kadhi chawal ("yogurt curry with rice") is an Pakistani and Indian popular meal originating from India. There are several variations of this food that can be found in states such as Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Rajasthan and Gujarat. The meal consists of besan (gram flour), yogurt and spices.[1][2]
