Beit Zera (Template:Lang-he-n, lit. House of Seed) is a kibbutz in northern Israel. Located on the southern shore of the Sea of Galilee, it falls under the jurisdiction of Emek HaYarden Regional Council. In 2006 it had a population of 697.

Founded in 1927 by immigrants from Austria and Germany, it was called Kfar Nathan. In 1947, it had a population of 500.[1]

During the 1948 Arab-Israeli war, the villagers continued their agricultural work despite shelling from Syrian and Iraqi troops as well as from the Arab Legion.[1]

The community was established in 1921 in Petah Tikva[citation needed], and moved to the Galilee in September 1927.
