This list is a legal bibliography.

The criteria for including a book in this list are:

(1) The book is included in an existing legal bibliography which is a reliable source.
(2) Although the book is not included in such a bibliography, there is a reliable source which says that the book is suitable for inclusion in such a bibliography.

In other words this is a list of books included, or said to be suitable for inclusion, in a legal bibliography.
