Top Rap Albums is a record chart published by Billboard that ranks rap albums based on sales compiled by Nielsen SoundScan.[1] The current number-one album is Magna Carta... Holy Grail by Jay-Z.[citation needed]

History

Top Rap Albums began publication for the week of November 13, 2004, and the first number-one album was Unfinished Business by Jay-Z and R. Kelly.[2]
