Was his mother Chinese? ; was she Jewish?

The article says his father and mother were both Jewish. But, no reference is provided to this effect. The only two references associated with that sentence, are to his mother's obituary. The cited obituary is silent about whether she was Jewish, or Chinese, or whatever.

During the segment of "This American Life" aired on January 12, 2013, Glass stated flatly that he was half Asian, saying that his mother was Chinese. (This was part of his rebuttal of an accusation that he was prejudiced against Asians.)

I am not arguing that the article should be edited to say that his mother was Chinese. I am requesting that someone find a source that meets Wikipedia standards, to the effect that Glass's mother was Jewish; otherwise, it seems to me that her putative religious affiliation should be removed from the article.

Yes, I understand that she (or for that matter, her ancestors) might have converted to Judaism. Whatever the case, no reference to her religion should be included in the article without a suitable source being cited. ~Publius4

No information on ethnicity but you can read her bio here: http://www.shirleyglass.com/bio.htm and http://www.nytimes.com/2003/10/14/us/shirley-glass-67-expert-on-infidelity-is-dead.html 69.125.134.86 (talk) 20:56, 13 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]

Uhm... article says Mr. Glass was born in Baltimore, but the infobox suggests Massachusetts. Which is it? 71.166.84.238 (talk) 03:36, 24 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

...Wait, he's 51? What the hell? I thought he was like 34. 74.195.177.27 (talk) 06:39, 22 December 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The entire section about him being Jewish is plagiarized from the source. 99.238.103.85 (talk) 17:18, 30 December 2012 (UTC)[reply]

Personal life

Shouldn't something be said about it? He's been widely interviewed. Here's an article mentioning his marriage in 2005. Somebody should be bold! http://www.chicagomag.com/Chicago-Magazine/March-2006/His-American-Life/index.php?cparticle=2&siarticle=1 128.227.12.41 (talk) 22:33, 15 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hugh Grant

His mother thought he looked like Hugh Grant and, you know, in that profile photo...I totally get it. 69.125.134.86 (talk) 20:51, 13 July 2013 (UTC)[reply]
