Two Music Videos

The first time I saw the video for the song, the opening sequence (before Christina starts to sing) was in a club with a circular stage and there were dancers and trumpet players up on the stage. Christina arrived in back and spent pretty much the whole time on that stage. Only one dress (well, she tore that off), rather than multiple outfits. I don't recall if it had the torch song at the end.

Ever since then, everytime I see the video, it is a different one with her arriving in a car, several sets with different outfits. But I see no mention of this here. Does anyone know what the deal is with this? Should there be some mention in the article? Thanks. PerlKnitter 12:11, 1 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

One of the videos is from her performance in the MTV Movie Awards, and the other is the official music video. —The preceding unsigned comment was added by 80.38.233.42 (talkcontribs).

The video you saw was the live performance on the MTV movie awards.iheartedgar

So Many Charts

Is there really a need for every single chart known to be listed, i think the basic offical charts should be listed only. 152.163.100.197 20:48, 29 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

  • I'm agree with you.

Chris Martin?

Was Chris Martin of Coldplay involved in the making of this album? Thanks.

UK #2 and shakira

someone keeps saying that christina was denied the number 1 spot in the uk by shakira (who was number 1 when xtina was number 2), i think that is irrelivent, and i wonder if it would bother to say who she was behind if it wasnt another blonde female singer.....this stuff just causes friction on these pages, it seems like it was put there by a shakira fan to 'rub it in our faces' so to speak. that is why i removed it, and will continue to do so if it is put back.

Billboard

where is anom at billboard hot 100 at this time... the last update was done last week... it would be on its 21st week by now... is it out already.. i wish not... it is so sad that tell me had a big drop this week after its big debut last week... and hurt is moving little by little.... im not subscribe to billboard.biz so i have no idea on top 51-100.. i wish anom was still there... i need answer from anyone but please no jokes... bianca november 3, 2006

U.S. Chart

Can anybody please add the hot 100 chart like the united world chart on the bottom of the page please.. It was removed and I don't know why, please don't remove it. Not neccessary to put the complete chart since it was debuted until the week it exit. During the single is still on the top 50 please add it.. Thank you soo much to do so. I really appreciate it and I will be very happy =)

Australian chart postition

If "Ain't No Other Man" debuted at number two on the ARIA Singles Chart" then why does the yellow infobox say it peaked at #6? Which is the actual position? -Anthony- 06:32, 26 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

6. I must have typed 2 when I was thinking that it was at the peak for 2 weeks. 17Drew 06:39, 26 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ah, okay then. No worries. -Anthony- 06:45, 26 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

About Dot Com??

I find it doubtful that *any* star-ratings of the remixes add to this article, but About.com's is cited - and it's the *only* one. Who the hell cares? Surely - if any reference is actually desired - there are many other sources that rank in importance/value above About.com. 67.174.240.216 06:56, 19 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

If you know of another site that has written about the remixes, feel free to add that to the article. 17Drew 00:58, 20 September 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Hip Hop Remixes

Can anyone confirm if the remix with Chamillionaire is legit? I'm looking for it on Amazon, eBay and other singles carriers, and it's not listed anywhere in their stores. If there's no place where it can be bought (unless it was only for promo release), please mark it as unreleased. —Preceding unsigned comment added by ElMeroEse (talkcontribs) 06:50, 17 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Vocal live version

His most remarkable lives, as well vocally, that the direction and the decoration.

  • NRJ Music Awards
  • Back to Basics World Tour
  • MTV Movie Awards

In the lives versions, Christina makes more and of better long notes for rich voice "C5" than in version studio.--Angel310 (talk) 08:46, 18 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

General
Info box
  • Apply the flat list template for the formats, genres, writers and producers.
  • Genres should be alphabetical
  • Shouldn't really have references for the sources in the info box. They should be sourced in the composition section.
Lead
  • artist Christina Aguilera, taken from her fifth → artist Christina Aguilera for her fifth
  • done by Aguilera and Premier among with Roane. → done by Aguilera, Premier and Roane.
  • Why are there refs for the genres here, aren't they sourced in the composition? If yes, then don't do it here.
  • You say it's a soul song, then go onto say it contains elements of soul? Bit confusing.
  • At the 2007 Grammy Award, → Shouldn't it be Awards? She wasn't inside an award lol
  • Commercially, "Ain't No Other Man" was a commercial success; → Repetition of commercial and a derivative of very close after.
Background and recording
  • Following the release of Stripped (2002) which took creation over the musical style of Aguilera, → What? This makes no sense at all. The album took creation over her??
  • Aguilera explained that the break in her career took lots of her time, so she had a lot more to say about what happened to her life during that time. → She later explained that the her lengthy break allowed her to write a lot about what she had experienced during that time.
    •  Done
Development and writing
  • On "Ain't No Other Man", Aguilera worked with DJ Premier. → Aguilera worked with DJ Premier on "Ain't No Other Man".
  • make a jazz-influence material like that. → make similar jazz-influenced material.
  • The block quote shouldn't have "" at the start and end.
  • During the writing process, the song was inspired by Aguilera's marriage with Jordan Bratman, which happened recently in 2005. → Aguilera was inspired by her 2005 marriage to Jordan Bratman during the writing process.
  • liked → ?
    •  Done
Composition
  • Again, you say it's a soul song, followed by elements of soul. It's either a soul song, or a song with soul elements.
    •  Done
Critical reception
  • Might as well tack the third, two sentence, paragraph onto the end of the second paragraph.
    • I don't understand much what you mean here?
